About me

I aim to provide you with good quality cards that are to your total satisfaction. If you have any queries, comments or suggestions, please let me know by contacting me.

Prices, payment and postage

Prices

Each card is marked with it’s own price.

Payment

Credit/Debit Card payments. I accept payments via PayPal where you can purchase using your debit/credit card, using the shopping cart system.

Cheque/postal orders. If you would prefer to pay by UK sterling cheque or postal order, please make payable to G Totton. Fill out the contact me page, print off and send with your cheque/postal order. Don’t forget to include your email address so that I can confirm your order has been received. But please remember I will wait for your cheque to clear before sending you the card I have designed for you. Please therefore allow a further 7 days for your order. Please write your name, address and cheque card number on the reverse of the cheque. You can also order over the phone and pay by cheque.

Do not send cash through the post.

Delivery

All my cards are posted Royal Mail First Class. I want you to receive your card(s) in perfect condition, so each card will come in a clear, sealed, protective sleeve and will be delivered in a padded envelope. However, I cannot accept liability for packages being damaged, lost, stolen or delayed whilst in transit.

If you wish me to sign the card on your behalf and send direct, please contact me.

Once payment has been received, cards in stock will normally be despatched within 24–48 hours. If the card is a new design or being personalised, despatch will normally be within 3–5 working days. However, please allow 14 days for delivery. When ordering your card please state the date you require it.

Postage/Packaging

All cards are sent First Class by Royal Mail, in a padded envelope to ensure they arrive with you in perfect condition. The costs will be:-

Orders up to £5.00                     £0.75

Orders from £5.01 - £10.00        £1.00

Orders from £10.01 - £30.00      £2.30

Orders from £30.01 - £50.00      £3.50

Orders from £50.01 - £100.00    £5.00

Please contact me for P&P cost for orders over £100 prior to placing order.

Returns and Cancellations

If, in the unlikely event, that you are unhappy with your purchase(s), please in the first instance email me support@gillys-cardshed.co.uk within 5 days of receipt clearly explaining the reason and the Reference Number of the card. As long as the cards are returned in their original condition a full refund will be given, less postage. All my cards are packed individually in clear sealed bags, which must be unopened. The cost of returning the card(s) to me is your responsibility as is their safety during transit. I would suggest that when returning cards you obtain a “Proof of Purchase” Certificate from the Post Office as I cannot accept responsibility for returned items lost in transit.

Any replacement goods should be ordered as a new order in the usual way, as I do not offer a returns service.

Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt by cheque.
